Taleah E. Jennings has served as lead counsel on various complex commercial litigation matters, with a primary focus on litigations involving fiduciary-related matters, including trust and estates litigation, shareholder disputes and litigations involving employment-related matters. Her clients include a wide array of financial services entities and professionals, as well as corporate and individual fiduciaries of large trusts and estates. Taleah is a trial lawyer. She litigates cases in state courts, federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums. 

Taleah has been recognized as a leading lawyer by The Legal 500 US, Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys and by New York Super Lawyers. She received the Burton Award for Distinguished Legal Writing for the New York Law Journal article “Options When a Competitor Raids the Company,” was honored with the Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy Award by Sanctuary for Families and was named among Savoy magazine’s Most Influential Black Lawyers and Crain’s Notable Women in Law. Taleah received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School and her B.S. from University of Maryland.
