Sarah Eichenberger represents clients in a wide range of high-profile securities, class action, and shareholder derivative litigations, as well as government and internal investigations, and corporate governance matters. Her work involves the representation of corporations, financial institutions, and private equity firms, as well as boards of directors, board committees, and executives.

- Ubiquiti in putative securities class actions in the Southern District of New York and related shareholder derivative actions
- ViacomCBS in a derivative and stockholder class action arising out of the merger between CBS and Viacom
- CBS in a Section 220 Demand trial in the Delaware Court of Chancery related to the CBS and Viacom stock-for-stock merger
- M&T Bank Corporation in a putative securities class action in the District of Delaware
- Independent directors of a public utility company in litigation and other matters relating to the California wildfires
- Multibillion-dollar asset manager in an SEC investigation relating to disclosure and trading practices
- Board of a Fortune 50 company in connection with shareholder derivative demands regarding oil reserve accounting
- Hain Celestial in connection with an SEC investigation into accounting issues
- L3 Technologies in an SEC investigation concerning accounting issues as well as in related securities and ERISA lawsuits
- Fairfield Greenwich in bankruptcy proceedings arising out of instruments made with Bernard Madoff

In 2021, Sarah contributed to an article entitled “DOJ Reverses Course on Definition of ‘Property’ for Fraud on Blaszczak Remand,” published on the NYU School of Law Compliance and Enforcement Blog on April 15, 2021. Sarah also co-authored an article entitled “Maximizing Protection Over Sensitive Cyber Forensic Reports in Light of Recent Disclosures Orders,” published in the New York Law Journal on March 22, 2021.
Sarah received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Duke Law Journal, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Sarah was a law clerk to Hon. Richard J. Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
