Sarah Eichenberger represents clients in a wide range of high-profile securities, class action, and shareholder derivative litigations, as well as government and internal investigations, and corporate governance matters. In 2021, Sarah contributed to an article entitled “DOJ Reverses Course on Definition of ‘Property’ for Fraud on Blaszczak Remand,” published on the NYU School of Law Compliance and Enforcement Blog on April 15, 2021. Sarah also co-authored an article entitled “Maximizing Protection Over Sensitive Cyber Forensic Reports in Light of Recent Disclosures Orders,” published in the New York Law Journal on March 22, 2021.
Sarah received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where she served as a Notes Editor for the Duke Law Journal, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Sarah was a law clerk to Hon. Richard J. Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
