As described by Chambers, Marshall Camp “is in the category of a very small handful of attorneys who command the courtroom, the boardroom and any meeting they’re in.” He is a skilled trial lawyer and a former federal prosecutor who handles complex, high-stakes business disputes. Mr. Camp has represented companies and individuals in connection with high-stakes business litigation and in defense of criminal and regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. He has successfully tried numerous civil and criminal cases in forums across the country, and he has represented clients in a range of industries, including technology, entertainment, medical devices, insurance, and finance.

This year, Mr. Camp served as trial counsel for a prominent life sciences company in an ongoing, high-profile case related to prescription opioid abuse. He also obtained a complete dismissal of a putative securities class action on behalf of PricewaterhouseCoopers and completed the recovery of more than $70 million for Qualcomm in connection with a fraud case against one of the company’s former senior engineers involving a sophisticated scheme related to semiconductor design technology.

Mr. Camp’s effectiveness and accomplishments as a trial lawyer have been recognized with his selection as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only honor awarded to fewer than 0.5 percent of American lawyers. He was also named a “Litigation Star” by Benchmark Litigation, named to the list of “Thriving in Their 40s” by the Los Angeles Business Journal, one of the top attorneys under the age of 40 in a national ranking by Law360, and named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list for the fifth consecutive year. In addition, he has been profiled in a cover story by Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Camp is a board member and treasurer for the Social Justice Legal Foundation, and is an advisory board member, and former board member and officer, for the Inner City Law Center.
