Leslie Spencer is a patent trial litigator with over 20 years of experience handling intellectual property disputes. She represents clients in federal court as well as the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), including inter partes review (IPR). Ms. Spencer has extensive experience in all phases of patent litigation, including Markman proceedings, expert discovery, Daubert and summary judgment motions, and trials. In addition, she advises clients on intellectual property strategy, asset protection and transactions. Ms. Spencer represents clients on matters involving a wide range of technologies, including computer software (such as artificial intelligence), automotive technology, financial technology (Fintech), blockchain, network communications, encryption and security protocols, semiconductor design and manufacturing, medical devices, and healthcare information technology, among others.
