Broad litigation practice encompassing commercial disputes, class actions, intellectual property disputes, health sector disputes and administrative law matters. Kirsten has extensive experience dealing with a range of cases and proceedings before the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada, and many provincial and federal administrative tribunals. Kirsten has conducted trials and hearings before courts and tribunals across Canada. Kirsten is a director of The Advocates’ Society. She is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She is also a director of the BLG LLP partnership board. Kirsten graduated from McGill University with an LL.B in 1999 (Dean's Honours List). M.Sc (Distinction) from the London School of Economics. B.A. in Economics from McGill University. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2001.
