Kate Falkenstien is a partner in Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg’s Silicon Valley office. She represents plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of disputes, including intellectual property, consumer class actions, and commercial litigation. Kate also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on litigation related to prison conditions. Most recently, she served as a member of the RJLF trial team that secured a $236 million patent infringement verdict for Densify against tech giant VMware.
Prior to joining RJLF, Kate served as a law clerk to Judge Sri Srinivasan on the D.C. Circuit. She is a graduate of Yale University, where she was President of the Yale Debate Association, and Stanford Law School, where she was a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar, an honor awarded to the top student in each small section. She also received eight Gerald Gunther Prizes for Outstanding Performance in Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, Contracts, Criminal Law, Economic Analysis of Law, Property, Tax, and Torts.
