Jorge recently defended a government-owned financial institution Hito Financiera against a significant unfair dismissal claim brought by the former CEO.
He and his team also advised Mission Hills, a subsidiary of Colgate Palmolive, on an unlawful work stoppage at one of its sites, as well as the subsequent litigation.
