Jeremy is a partner in the Austin office of Reid Collins & Tsai. His practice focuses on complex commercial and insolvency litigation. He has represented plaintiffs, relators, defendants, debtors, and creditors in a variety of matters, including financial fraud actions, contractual disputes, qui tam claims, and litigation issues arising from corporate insolvency proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, Jeremy worked as a litigation associate at the New York and Washington, D.C. offices of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Jeremy received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law, where he was awarded the Wilbur L. Matthews Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law. Jeremy served as the Director of the John R. Brown Admiralty Moot Court Competition. Jeremy received his B.A., cum laude, in economics and politics from New York University.
