Jennifer Estremera is a founder and Deputy Managing Partner of Reichman Jorgensen Lehman & Feldberg LLP (RJLF). Jennifer’s litigation practice spans more than a decade, during which she has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including complex commercial matters, intellectual property, consumer class actions, product liability and personal injury, and securities claims in FINRA arbitration. In addition, she has achieved numerous pro bono successes in insurance, consumer protection, housing, and immigration cases. She is recognized as a “Future Star” by Benchmark Litigation.
As Deputy Managing Partner, Jennifer assisted in leading the firm across multiple domains, including client relationships, practice development and training, lawyer and staff management, recruiting and retention, compensation, operations, finances, marketing, office leases, and many others.
Jennifer played a key role in helping the RJLF team secure a $236 million jury verdict for Densify against VMware following a nine-day patent trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware concerning infringement of two Densify virtualization technology patents.
Jennifer is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. She served as a clerk to Hon. Edward J. Davila of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
