Gregory Joseph

Gregory P. Joseph is a past President of the American College of Trial Lawyers and former Chair of the 60,000-member Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Supreme Court Historical Society. By appointment of the Chief Justice, he served on the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Evidence. He is the author of Sanctions: The Federal Law of Litigation Abuse (6th ed. 2019); Civil RICO: A Definitive Guide (5th ed. 2018); and Modern Visual Evidence (Supp. 2018). His books and articles have been cited in more than 250 judicial opinions and 350 law review articles. He is a member of the Editorial Board of Moore’s Federal Practice (3d ed.).
