Bobby Burchfield specializes in complex trials and appeals for major corporations, particularly in C-suite level antitrust, securities and contract disputes. As a partner in the Contracts and Business Torts, and Appellate, Constitutional and Administrative Law practices, Bobby tries cases and argues appeals throughout the country, including before the Supreme Court of the United States, for corporate clients and political entities n a broad range of high stakes disputes. He also serves as Ethics Advisor to President Trump’s businesses.
Bobby serves as lead counsel in C-suite level trials and appeals, representing leading companies and corporate executives throughout the country in defense of antitrust, securities, and RICO matters, as well as in class actions and complex contract disputes. He also represents officeholders and political groups, including the Republican National Committee, in constitutional challenges to federal laws and regulations, including in the Supreme Court of the United States. Bobby has never lost a jury trial.
Bobby also serves as Ethics Advisor to the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, which holds President Trump’s business interests. Previously, he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the Antitrust Modernization Commission, and served as General Counsel to President George H. W. Bush’s re-election campaign.
