A sought-after speaker and author, she regularly speaks and writes on the subject of class actions. Her recent works include, ""COVID-19 class actions forecast"" American Bar Association (June 2020 edition); Maximus in Minimis: Damages for Stress, Worry and Inconvenience in Class Actions (Annual Review of Civil Litigation, 2020 -Thomson Reuters), ""Privacy Class Actions"" in the Book entitled ""Managing Privacy in a Connected World"" (LexisNexis, 2020) and “Two solitudes of privacy: Privacy class actions in Quebec and the rest of Canada (Wilson Lafleur). She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Class Actions Section of the Canadian Bar Association (Québec Division) and sits on the committee of the National Conference of the Barreau du Québec on Class Actions – Recent Developments in Québec, Canada, and the United States, the largest continuing professional training activity in the field in Canada.
