Andrew Faith is a founding partner of Polley Faith LLP, one of the top litigation firms in Canada.
Andrew is regularly chosen by nationally recognized corporations, institutions, and individuals to assist in complex commercial, regulatory, insolvency and white-collar criminal litigation and appeals. He defends corporations, employees, and individuals in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act investigations.
Rated by Martindale-Hubbell as AV-Preeminent in litigation, commercial and regulatory law, Andrew has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation as one of Canada’s top trial lawyers. In 2021, Andrew and Polley Faith LLP received the 2021 Impact Case Award for their representation of the majority shareholder of Sears Canada in a $500 million commercial claim.
Andrew is currently serving a four-year term as a Director of the Advocates’ Society. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, Litigation Counsel of America, and the International Association of Defense Counsel, and a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyer’s Association, and the Criminal Lawyers’ Association.
