Castrén & Snellman secure a tier 1 ranking in dispute resolution are highly recognised for its work in the disputes market across Finland by peers and clients. Key names in disputes department include Anders Forss, Marko Hentunen, Niklas Langenskiöld and Tuomas Lehtinen. Sakari Salonen is a key partner in intellectual property disputes and Outi Tähtinen is a key partner in employment disputes.

Key areas of work for the firm include competition and antitrust damages actions, employment and IP litigation.

Case highlights for the firm include representing Stora Enso in a dispute concerning antitrust damage claims.
