  • Acting for PKF Daxin Certified Public Accountants (LLP) in a high profile case regarding fraudulent issuance of bonds involving over RMB 1.36 billion, which was the first case involving with civil compensation for securities fraud in the PRC, and the first time that the representative litigation system was applied in a securities dispute in the PRC.
