• Acting for a former director of a real estate development company in liquidation in a claim initiated by the liquidators on behalf of the company for SGD 65 million in the Singapore High Court;
• Acted for an Indian listed company in a commercial dispute amounting to more than US$15 million that was arbitrated under the LCIA;
• Acted for a Norwegian businessman and four other Singapore incorporated entities in an appeal to the Singapore Court of Appeal against a decision by the Singapore High Court involving a dispute over the valuation of shares in one of the Defendant companies amounting to SGD 13.2 million;
• Acted for a Japanese company in Singapore against one of its directors for breach of fiduciary duties and tort of inducing a breach of contract;
