Hai Run Law Firm

Hai Run Tian Rui Law Firm (Hereinafter referred to as “Hai Run Law Firm”), formerly known as Hairun Law Firm, was founded in 1997 and merged with Tianrui Law Firm in 2017. After more than 20 years of accumulation, great progress has been made, and it has developed rapidly after the merger. In 2020, the overall staff growth rate over 70%, and the depth and breadth of the law firm's talent pool has been comprehensively strengthened.

Several lawyers were successively elected as members of the M&A and Restructuring Review Committee of listed companies, members of the Issuance Review Committee, and members of the GEM Listing Committee (currently). The comprehensive score in the field of bankruptcy and reorganization is ranked first in the list of bankruptcy administrators of the Beijing Higher People's Court. It is the governing unit of the East Asia Bankruptcy and Reorganization Association. At the same time, the lawyers of this law firm are now the vice president of the Beijing Bankruptcy Administrators Association. In the field of banking and finance, correspondent banking customers have won more than ten cases in the Supreme Court, including "the first case against a bank by a farmer" and two national bulletin cases, contributing to the maintenance of the legal ecological environment of the banking industry.

• Tongrentang spin-off and listing - the first successful completion of the spin-off subsidiary listing among listed companies；
• Henan Sida Electronics Co., Ltd. changed to establish Henan Sida Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. - The performance of the limited company was continuously calculated and issued and listed. This is the first in China and this method has become a common model in the industry；
• Shanghai First Department Store Co., Ltd. absorbed and merged Shanghai Hualian Commercial Building Co., Ltd. - the first two listed companies in China to absorb and merge the project in the field of capital market business
• The establishment of restructuring and stock issuance and listing of Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. - a case of continuous calculation of the performance of the first domestic scientific research institute as a state-owned institution to establish a joint-stock company
• GAC Group absorbed and merged GAC Changfeng and listed on the A-share market - the first case in the capital market where a non-A-share listed company was audited by the Securities Regulatory Commission’s merger and reorganization committee to absorb and merge an A-share listed company and listed on the A-share market
• Acting for the non-performing loan litigation of "Dongzhimen Comprehensive Transportation Hub·Donghua International Plaza" of the Business Department of Agricultural Bank of China- the "First National Case", which was the largest loan amount to a single customer and the largest one-time recovery amount (3.064 billion yuan) case at that time
• Baidu responds to Douyin's dispute over the infringement of works information network dissemination rights - the Supreme People's Court selected "Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases in China's Courts in 2018", the first case since the establishment of the Beijing Internet Court, and the "Top Ten Media Laws in China in 2018" case
