In an arbitration matter, the team assisted a leading software supplier in a dispute with its customer. The firm continues to represent Voltas in multiple Singapore court proceedings against various sub-contractors in relation to several government-linked infrastructure projects. Greenbay Marine enlisted the firm for its action involving breach of confidence and breach of contract, while the firm continues to work with Merck KGaA, defending it against claims of trademark infringement, passing off and breach of contract.
